By registering, you and those in your party agree to follow the following Berkeley Public Health Orders:

1. You and your party agree to WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES when inside of the host facility to follow the City of Berkeley’s COVID19 Public Health Order guidelines.

2. You and your party agree to SHOW COVID19 VACCINATION RECORD UPON ENTRY of the host facility to follow the City of Berkeley’s COVID19 Public Health Order guidelines. If medical or religious exception, please present vaccine exemption waiver & recent negative test results.
